What if I don't like the content?

Every package on Folio includes a revision. If the content doesn't match your brief, request a revision with clear notes and the creator will resubmit. Further revisions can be arranged directly through the platform. If you're still not satisfied, Folio's resolution support steps in to review both sides fairly.
How long does delivery take?

Every creator lists their turnaround time on their profile before you book. Typically 3 to 7 business days from when the creator confirms receipt of your product. Rush delivery options are available as an add-on on most packages.
What if my product gets lost or damaged in the post?

If a product never arrives, the creator is not penalised — their clock never started. The brand can reship or cancel the order for a full refund. If a product arrives damaged, the creator photographs it immediately and logs it on Folio. Folio mediates any disputes fairly based on the evidence submitted by both sides.
Do I own the content after purchase?

Once you approve and download the content, it's yours. Use it however works best for your brand.
How does Folio make money?

Folio takes a small commission from each completed order. Brands never pay a subscription to browse or book. Creators never pay to list their profile. We only earn when both sides complete a successful transaction — so our interests are perfectly aligned with yours.
As a creator, when exactly do I get paid?

The moment a brand approves your content, payment releases automatically from escrow straight to your connected Stripe account. Funds typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your bank. A full receipt is generated automatically for your records.
Is it free to join as a creator?

Completely free. There are no listing fees, no monthly charges and no upfront costs. Folio takes a small percentage only when you complete a paid order. You keep the rest.
